Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist of Canada)
Rachel is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, having graduated from the Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists (ARCH) in early 2025. With over 100 hours of hands-on experience, she is dedicated to guiding clients through healing and mental wellness. Rachel supports individuals facing life challenges, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics—both with themselves and others.
Her path in alternative care began as a doula, followed by work supporting people with physical disabilities, and later, neurodiverse individuals as they build independence. After experiencing hypnotherapy firsthand and completing her training, Rachel’s appreciation for its power as a tool for personal transformation and reconnection has only grown stronger.
Hypnotherapy uses focused hypnosis to help clients gain insight into their concerns, fostering self-growth and emotional resilience. It is particularly beneficial for those with physical, emotional, or mental health challenges who may find limited relief through conventional therapies.
Rachel is an active member of ARCH and supports clients experiencing symptoms or diagnoses including Anxiety, ADHD, Sleep Disturbances, Body Dysmorphia, PTSD, CPTSD, and Grief. She also offers specialized sessions such as Peaceful Pregnancy, Postpartum Reset, and serotonin-boosting treatments.
Committed to continuous learning, Rachel is expanding her expertise to better serve individuals with diverse needs, helping them embrace a more balanced and empowered life.
