Your practitioner will begin by reviewing your intake form (sent in advance) and discussing your concerns, goals, and preferences. They’ll walk you through the treatment process and make sure you feel informed and at ease every step of the way. We also suggest having a light meal beforehand so you can relax during your session. If you’re unable to fill it out beforehand, just let your practitioner know.

Yes, our Acupuncturist offers direct billing to most major insurance providers. However, not all plans support direct billing. If we’re unable to process your claim, we’ll provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. If you're feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible.

Yes. Our Acupuncturist is licensed through the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC) and adheres to high standards in safety, ethics, and clinical care. Clinical Hypnotherapy is not yet regulated in British Columbia, but our hypnotherapist is a member of reputable professional associations and engages in ongoing education to ensure safe, effective practice.
